One of my friends invited me to join a group of athletes from Ultimate Performance & Fitness to go on the Today Show to break the Guinness World Record for an exercise ball class. My alarm went off at 3:45am so I could get myself “camera ready” and meet the bus to the city at 5am. Once we arrived, we got our big blue balls (insert numerous inappropriate jokes here) and settled into the filming area. When Michelle Bridges, a Biggest Loser Australia Trainer, came out, we found ourselves in the very front of the audience.

We were successful in beating the old record and did a 30 minute exercise ball class with 353 participants in Rockefeller Center! On top of this, Child Hunger Ends Here donated 100,000 meals to the Feeding America foundation, which is a really big deal.

Loved being part of making history. Special thanks to our trainer, Anthony Giallanzo, who arranged this wonderful experience. Check out our video & pictures below!
